Ataglance

Ataglance's foundation can be found early 2004. The regular recipe: add some friends, music, and shake really well. We started as a four-headed monster, but it turned out to be necessary to add a fifth member to the party, so we are able to bring our passion in full effect. Eddy joined forces with his sharp guitar addition shortly after the recordings of our first release.

We are ready.

Since the band members derived from all different kind of former bands we are able to bring you music containing a variety of influences mixed and seamed together to a solid product with capabilities of rocking your socks off. According to insiders the main influences according to our sound are bands like Shai Hulud, Poison The Well and maybe even some Boy Sets Fire. We try to mix moshing mosh and rocking rock with a hardcorerooted blend and cheer things up with some melody. Late July 2004 we recorded 4 tracks at The Helter Belter Studios in Wageningen. These tracks will be released on an EP in February/March 2005 on The Shield Recordings. We are proud of the product and we can’t wait to start on our full-length. Currently we are working on some new stuff; we hope to record quite soon.
