PJ Bond 22 April: Vienna, Austria repress and European tour11/12/2011Our favorite singer songwriter Mr. PJ Bond is coming back to Europe to do a full scale European and UK tour. On the mainland dates PJ will be accompanied by no other than Mr. Greg Laraigne. The UK dates will all be with our friends Bad Ideas.
Bad Ideas also has finished there debut album which will be called “Murder of Gods”, The new songs are not online yet but you can listen to the complete “Dear Regret” EP here:

Since the first pressing of the PJ Bond 12 inch “22 April, Vienna, Austria” almost sold out we did a repress in support of the European Tour. We pressed 220 copies on clear vinyl. September 1st Shield Recordings will release Sweet Empire’s first full length
“This Season Needs Torches”. Sweet Empire is a well-known name in the Dutch
punkrock scene for about three years now. They play punkrock in the vein of
Descendents and Dag Nasty and are not afraid to speak about the not so pretty
issues of our society. After releasing an EP on Black Death Records and a split
CDr with Oliver John Ward they are now ready for the real deal. This Season
needs Torches will be released as a white/blue or gold LP packed in a
Gatefold sleeve and as a CD packed in a great looking
digipack.

We as Shield Recordings are proud to announce that we will be releasing Make Do And Mend’s well received full length End Measure Mile in Europe just in time for their tour with Hot Water Music.
Those who love passionate hardcorepunk are probably already familiar with Make Do And Mend’s status as one of the best new bands in recent years.
