Dead To Me is back with 3 brand new punkrock songs released as a 7 inch called “Wait for it”. The new 7 inch will be released by Shield Recording in Europe and by Brick Gun Records in the US. The release date for the Euro version is September 10th, just in time for the start of the Dead To Me European tour.

As from this day on we’re taking pre-orders for this brand new Dead To Me 7 inch. Shield Recordings will release the new 7 inch on 3 colours vinyl; Gold, White and Black. As written above the release date is set to September 10th. All pre-orders will be shipped out around that date.

New band on Shield Recordings: After the Fall.

We at Shield Recordings are proud to announce our latest signing: After the Fall.

After the Fall is a hardcore punk band from Albany NY, USA which plays melodic hardcore punk in the vein of Propagandhi, Strike Anywhere and Kid Dynamite.

After the Fall released 2 full length’s a 7 inch and a split 7 inch already.

Shield Recordings will do 2 releases from After the Fall. The first release is the European pressing of the Collar City 7 inch. The second is After the Fall’s brand new full length called “Eradiction” (release date oct. 12th, more info soon).

The release date of After the Fall “Collar City” 7 inch is July 30th. Collar City is pressed on 3 different colors vinyl (red, grey, and a mixture between red and grey). Collar City is now already available in our webstore:

Upcoming Releases.

After the After the Fall – Collar City 7 inch we got some more releases planned. As written above Shield Recordings will release the new After the Fall album called “Eradiction” on CD and LP. Next to that we will release the long awaited new Antillectual full length called “Start from Scratch” on CD and LP. And last but not least we’ll be releasing a new CD/LP from The Fake Boys called “Please, don’t go home”. “Please, don’t go home” combines the “Sleepwalk” and “Poppunk is dead” MCD’s pressed on vinyl for the first time.

More news about these 3 release will be announced in our September update.

The Fake Boys European Tour October 2010.

Talking about The Fake Boys; We will be on the road with them for their second European tour in October 2010 to support the release of the “Please, don’t go home” LP/CD. The tour dates are from the 11th of October until October 24th. We’re still looking for some dates to complete the schedule:

We at Shield Recordings are more than proud to announce that we will work with The Real Danger again on the release of their second full-length record called 'Making Enemies'.
'Making Enemies' will see the light of day on the 25^th of March and will be presented that same day during a release show at De Exit, Rotterdam. Other bands playing are The Fake Boys (USA) and Viper Cobra.

'Making Enemies' features 11 brand new songs, a re-recording of the song “Someday Soon” and a cover. Together a total of 13 songs. Two songs can be heard at http://www.myspace.com/therealdanger or http://www.shieldrecordings.com.

This Routine is Hell is around since the fall of 2006 and is a hardcore punk band inspired by the likes of Minor Threat, Ceremony, Paint it Black and Panic: Fast, Energetic and Sincere. "The Verve Crusade" is This Routine is Hell’s debut album after releasing a split CD with Sandbox Rebellion. "The Verve Crusade" contains eleven brand new This Routine is Hell Songs of which three of them can be found for download at: www.shieldrecordings.com/media.
The Verve Crusade will be available on LP (gatefold sleeve and limited coloured vinyl available) and on CD.
