This Routine is Hell – The Verve Crusade LP/CD.
This Routine is Hell is around since the fall of 2006 and is a hardcore punk band inspired by the likes of Minor Threat, Ceremony, Paint it Black and Panic: Fast, Energetic and Sincere. "The Verve Crusade" is This Routine is Hell’s debut album after releasing a split CD with Sandbox Rebellion. "The Verve Crusade" contains eleven brand new This Routine is Hell Songs of which three of them can be found for download at: www.shieldrecordings.com/media.
The Verve Crusade will be available on LP (gatefold sleeve and limited coloured vinyl available) and on CD.
The test presses came in today and sound awesome! The artwork is done and turned out great! So now it’s time for pre-orders at:

We proudly announce that we’ve got a couple of great releases coming up in the next few months. Here’s a roll down:
Atlas Losing Grip – Watching the horizon MCD.
Atlas Losing Grip is back with a new release, a new line-up and ready to rock again.
In august 2008 Shield Recordings released Atlas Losing Grip’s highly appreciated debut full length “Shut the world out” followed by a European tour in the fall of 2008.
Early 2009 Atlas Losing Grip decided that it was better to add a lead singer to the band. They found their singer in Rodrigo Alfaro whom you might know from bands such as Satanic Surfers and Enemy Alliance.
In this lineup Atlas Losing Grip recorded 5 brand new songs, which we now release as the “Watching the horizon MCD”. The sound of Atlas Losing Grip has slightly changed, but only for the better. Insane – Trust these hands . . . are worthless CD.
The second new release is the brand new album from Slovenian finest punkrock band
Insane. Insane has been around for quite some time now, they started out more than 10 years ago and have toured Europe many times now. So it’s more than possible you’ve heard or saw them somewhere in Europe.
Insane’s new album is entitled “Thrust these hands . . . are worthless” and contains 11 brand new tracks which are the best Insane songs till this date! The Fake Boys – This is where our songs live CD.
The third new release is the debut full length from The Fake Boys. The Fake Boys are a punk rock trio out of Merrimack valley, Massachusetts (USA) that started out in 2007. In their brief history they already released 2 MCD’s and 2 split 7 inches (with Frogball and Arms Loft). The Fake Boys music draws influences from bands as Descendents, Jawbreaker, Husker Du etc.
The new album is called “This is where our songs live” and contains 12 brand new punk rock songs from The Fake Boys. 2 brand new songs are available for download at: http://www.shieldrecordings.com/releases/25

5 years Shield Recordings.
It has been 5 years already since we started this little project called Shield Recordings. Over the last 5 years we’ve released amazing records, met a lot of nice people and had lots of fun. We will celebrate our 5 year anniversary in 2 way’s. One is by releasing a label sampler CD with a nice overview on our releases, some unreleased tracks, some from upcoming bands and records and a few tracks that just will be available on this sampler because they rock. The sampler will be free for everyone who buys a CD/LP/ 7 inch in our webstore or at our distro at a show!
The second way we celebrate this important event is by having a party on December 5 th at the Little Devil (www.littledevil.nl) Tilburg.
We’ve got a cool lineup for the evening with: Antillectual, The Real Danger, Smash the Statues (one of their last shows) and Argetti (IT), so it’s going to be a great party, make sure you all come and party with us!

Milkman, one of the oldest (in age and existence) and fastest hardcore punk bands from the Netherlands is celebrating their 15 year existence in 2009. And what better way to celebrate this 15 year existence than with the release of a new Milkman double CD called "15 years of Hell".
15 years of hell contains 9 brand new milkman songs, older songs recorded again to give a good overview of Milkman’s 15 year career and 2 complete live sets.
A grand total of 62 songs on 2 disks. 2 brand new songs are uploaded at the media section of our website (www.shieldrecordings.com/media). 15 year anniversary show:
